CAN I SUSPEND MY ACCOUNT?Yes, if there is a reason for which you are unable to use your membership for a month or longer, we can cancel the billing so that you are not being charged during that time. You will still have a membership, but it will not be active until you reinstate at the site, or give us a call, or send an email to get your membership working again.
I GOT A NEW CAR, WHAT DO I DO? Visit Park's Best Car Wash and let an attendant know that you currently have a membership, but you have a new vehicle and need to update your vehicle information and get a new bar code sticker. They will take care of everything for you!
CAN I USE THIS MEMBERSHIP ON MORE THAN ONE VEHICLE? No, each membership is tied to a certain vehicle. The bar code stickers that we place on your windshield allow for that vehicle to pass into the car wash. We must issue one for each vehicle because once removed, the tag is ruined and will not scan.
